About the room
Looking for a responsible and clean roommate to join our house of young professionals. We are a diverse group of individuals with various interests. However, we are all respectful of each other and the home. It is expected you contribute to the house by completing one small, assigned chore every week. The house also follows a quiet hours system to respect everyone’s schedules. Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday and 11pm - 8am, Friday and Saturday.
The house is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by parks and young families. The home is about a ten minute walk to the bus. We respect the law but request that you don’t smoke in any form in the home. Rent is $1000/month and includes utilities and wifi.
About the roomies
Roommates are all in their mid 20s to early thirties. They work in policy analysis, mechanical engineering and social work.
