About the room
Subletting from May 2024 to August 2024! Female sublets are preferred. There are 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. This means that you will be rooming with another female. Additionally, there is an in-unit laundry machine and laundry dryer. Society 145 is 2 minutes away from the University of Waterloo, and 4 minutes from Laurier Wilfred University. Society 145 is a luxurious condo complex with many amenities to enjoy as well! Such amenities include an indoor basketball court, a private movie theater, a games room with arcade games and a ping pong table, a sauna, a gym, and many more! Wifi will be included in the monthly rent, but utilities will not be. Feel free to contact me when interested!
