Hope River Road

It’s a nice clean, spacious studio room above the house. Has two windows and it’s bright. Nice view of the mountains. Has a two double wide closets, air conditioner. One side dresser, on large dresser with a mirror, a queen size bed and one black reclining chair that’s brand new. Bedroom furniture is very nice and practically new. Lights up! It’s perfect for one person. You would need TV.

I’m 58 years old, and easy going. I don’t drink, smoke or party. Pretty quite. Early riser, night owl. My daughter graduated from UBCO and has moved into North Vancouver. It was her room. Cable hook up and wifi. Need to love cats as I have two indoor well behaved purebred cats. One keeps to himself and the other is just sweet and lovable. Loves everyone and may try to sneak upstairs to visit you. There is a nice back yard with a patio set and a swing. Bus stop around the corner and it’s a 5 minute walk.
