Looking for Roommate for April 1 in our amazing Yaletown apartment! Rent $1750 + utilities/wifi (avg $60 a month) Includes one bedroom and your own private bath in a 2 bed/2 bath, and your own secured underground parking stall.

Also includes in-suite laundry, dishwasher, balcony and access to the building’s gym, hot tub, sauna, steam room, meeting/party room and common garden area.

Your room comes furnished with a double bed frame and and small closet

The living room is also furnished, with some slight adjustments on the furniture in the photos, and kitchen is fully stocked with stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, espresso machine, blender, utensils, pots, pans and dishes etc.

The building is located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, and is steps away from grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, the iconic Downtown Library and walkable to five different Skytrain stations for easy transit.

Damage deposit: $500

Move-in Strata Fees may apply if you need to reserve the elevator

Lease: 1 year preferred. This will be an off-lease roommate agreement, as I am the leaseholder.

Your new roommates: I’m in my late 20’s and currently work full-time in the fitness/wellness industry. My schedule is Sun-Thurs. I love beach days, coffee shops, staying in and watching tv shows. I’m also very creative and make jewelry in my spare time at my desk in the living room. Interested in tech/coding as well.

My partner is in his 30’s and works in film and tv and enjoys going to the gym. He also spends more than half the year in Toronto, so the majority of the time it would just be you and I. When he’s here, he works from home at his desk in the living room.

We are looking for an individual who values open communication, is clean, respectful, will respect quiet hours at night and will always pay their rent on time. Bonus points if we could actually be friends as well ☺️ Also happy to occasionally cook or run errands together. We are LGBTQ+ friendly!
