I have a very large basement room that never gets used. I’ve already furnished the basement living space. Shared kitchen/laundry. Street parking. Large yard with deck. Room was once used a playroom. Everything would be removed unless you needed the twin bed. Looking for a clean respectful roommate. I have a very friendly ragdoll cat. Non-smoking home. Internet and utilities included.
