Hello! I have a private bedroom in a 2 bedroom basement suite located in Victoria-Fraserview for $1,000/month available to move in May 1st or April 20th.

Bedroom will be unfurnished, but furniture in living room will stay. There is a washer and dryer in unit (1 washer & dryer load per week). Street parking is available but it’s also a 7 min walk to 88 Supermarket and close to bus stops and parks. Rent also includes Wi-Fi, electricity, heat, gas, water, and garbage collection.

The landlord is also requesting a 12-month lease, no pets, no smoking, no parties, no electrical heaters (heat is included), and no portable A/C unless the power usage is paid for.

I am moving out at the end of April due to work so my roommate and I are looking to find a replacement for me. My roommate who you’ll be staying with is in his late 20s and works as a project coordinator, he also works at a restaurant on the weekends. He’s easygoing, respectful and keeps busy so he’s not home a lot. We’re looking for a young professional who is also easygoing and willing to collaborate on household chores and responsibilities.
