After a couple of move outs, we have 1 bedroom ready to move in! Townhouse with laundry, and 2 bathrooms, place has been an absolute gem! Your room is located upstairs and comes with an in-built wardrobe. Located 2 min walk to bus routes, or a 10min walk to the TTC, the property is perfect for students or young working professionals.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with myself, a working Aussie here in Toronto, a female student (looking to move out May) and a couple (new move ins!).
Am super respectful and always down for a chat. We keep the place tidy and clean, but this is a sharehouse, nothing is perfect 100% time.
