The unit has AC/Heater and Bell Wifi
$844 a month (wifi and monthly cleaning included).
Contract ends by Aug 31, 2024, but you can renew for 1 more year if you want.
Walking distance to Ontario Tech/Durham College and some restaurants/Shoppers Drug Mart.
*my roommate is looking for a lease takeover by May as well if you and your friend are interested in being in the same unit together.
About the roomies
This is an all-female unit. I’m planning to move out by May and am looking for someone to take over my lease.
