Hargrave Street

It’s a high rise building in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Apartment is 1000 sqft on the 18th floor. It’s a 2bed 2bath and 2balcony unit with a full kitchen. The building has laundry, security, gym, study room and outdoor pool and terrace access in summer. It’s very clean and well maintained with 24hr security in the front.

It’s just me, I’m looking for another roommate to share the entire place. I work from home in IT. I am 26yo (she/her) recently graduated from UofW with a masters. I’m quite clean and respectful. I like to communicate about everything. I have friends and family who would occasionally visit me. I like to cook and go out as often as I can. It is currently occupied so I don’t have the exact photos.
