The property is a laneway house just off 45th Ave, right between Oakridge and Langara. The place come with a dishwasher, in suite laundry, street parking, heated floor, and a balcony. Internet is 45 a month (1gb/s), utilities are split evenly per billing cycle. Landlords live in the main house and are super friendly and helpful.
