I am looking for a female tenant to rent a private room in ground floor unit and share bathroom and kitchen with existing female tenant.

My wife, my small dog, and I are living in upstairs. My dog may bark during daytime but not after 11pm, therefore you can expect quiet night during stay.

My family and existing tenant are working during regualr business hours, therefor we are lookng for a tenant who works or studies in daytime, or has similar life style.

Due to my parents are moving into my ground floor unit next year, therefore the rental term will be only valid until Feb 28th, 2025.

A clean enviornment and privacy are very important to me and I would expect the same from you. I consider myself honest, understanding and respectful and will speak my mind. I would expect we would discuss concerns that arise in order to avoid any issues. The requested deposit will be applied against the first month’s rent. The available date is listed as April 1st, 2024.
