The room is not furnished - living room will only have the TV as current roommate will be taking their couch when they leave. Located in the south of Keswick, it is a 5 minute drive to Highway 404. Pet friendly - I have a small dog and a cat. The landlord requires a credit report, minimum of two pay stubs, ID, and an employment letter.
