It’s a 2 Bedroom and 2 Baths suite which is 1090 sqft big. I have personally completely furnished the house, including the room that you’ll be occupying. You might need to add a lamp to the room and a plant (maybe?), but that’s it.

The room also comes with a closet space. We also have a storage space in the house.

The building is located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, next to the false creek. You’ll be on the seawalk in 15.5 seconds after leaving the door of the building. On the left we have the BC Place stadium, the Rogers stadium and it is a 7 mins walk to the Stadium Chinatown Sky Train Station.

Parking isn’t available.

I am a Software Engineer and the single occupant in this house. I work from home, and on the weekends I am generally out for skiing, biking, kayaking or some other activity that keeps me outside the home.
