Francis Street

I am seeking one female student to take over my lease for the summer (May-August) in a six-bedroom house located approximately 5 minutes walk from SLC, or a 15-minute bus ride to Queens. It is a non-smoking/non-vaping, non-partying house. My room is on the main floor. Rent is $675/month and includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There is a full kitchen upstairs, with dishwasher and a small chest freezer, along with a mini-kitchen and a second small chest freezer in the basement. All common areas are furnished and are for the use of all residents. There are two full bathrooms. A washer and dryer (no charge to use) are located in the basement. There is a large backyard with a small vegetable garden, a fire pit, and a gas barbeque. The house is located beside a large park and there is a great church in the senior’s centre next door. It is located on a major bus route. The landlords are strong Christians. Two of the landlord’s girls (SLC students in the Vet Tech program) also live in the house. One of those girls has a medium-sized service dog, so no other animals are allowed. It is very important that you are good with dogs. The house and property have been prayed over, blessed, and dedicated to God’s glory and for His purposes.

I am a student attending a virtual school and moving to Guelph to attend the university of Guelph for Wildlife biology and conservation, as such, I am moving once the current school term ends and transferring to Guelph. I and my current upstairs roommates are orderly and attend to regular cleaning. All of the individuals in the household are highly motivated and kind and have made me feel incredible welcome throughout my stay.
