Hello, I am looking to sublet my room in a shared garden-level suite from May 1 to September. Dates can be flexible. It is within walking distance of Vancouver Island University in the Harewood area. The apartment is fully furnished, would be best suited for a student, and the room can come furnished or unfurnished. You would share the space with one outdoorsy girl in her late 20s with the 3rd room used as a shared office space. Must like dogs as there is a small well, well-behaved husky living here.
