The suite is centrally located in Cook Street Village, one block from the ocean, walking distance to downtown, with grocery, pharmacy, post-office, cafes and bus stops within one block.

No pets; the apartment already has a friendly cat who shares the space. $1000/month; $500 damage deposit. Wifi and hydro included. Coin laundry available in the building. Hardwood floors throughout with some transfer of noise to neighbours so thoughtfulness around noise levels is essential.
