• The room comes furnished with a bed (with mattress), a bedside table, a standing desk, a chair, and a wardrobe. It has a good-sized closet as well. Although it is in the basement, the windows let a good amount of light in throughout the day.

• The location is amazing, less than 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Kensington market, but still on a clean and quiet street. The closest major intersection is Bathurst and College (4 mins walk). It is close to amenities (grocery, convenience, banks etc are all very close), TTC, UofT, Western Hospital, and Chinatown.

• The house is clean and well-kept, there is also a housekeeper who comes in every week to take care of the common areas. The kitchen is shared between 3/4 people, and the bathroom is private. There is coin laundry on site (at a cheaper rate than most places).

The current residents are very nice, clean, and quiet. Most of them are students or young professionals in their 20s. I have also made great friends with some of them this year! They also hang out and watch movies, go out to eat etc so if you wanna make new friends this place is perfect. I’ll be moving out, and am helping my landlord out with finding someone.
