Co-ed university house looking for two other people to join our lease. We have a 5 bedroom house in a perfect location! Just a few minutes walking distance to both Wilfrid Laurier University and Uptown Waterloo! The house is furnished but the rooms will be unfurnished. The house has a big backyard equipped with outdoor furniture and a fire pit which makes it great for hosting! Each room has a private lock on it and the house itself features keyless entry. There is free laundry and additional storage in the basement of the house. The three of us are great friends and typically spend our downtime together in the common areas of the house. We are hoping to live with people who can join our friendship and will hangout with the household.
We love to spend time with each other. In our down time we are always hanging out with one another. We are very lighthearted and tend to be on the easygoing and carefree side of things. However we are able to be serious when the time calls for it and our priority is always looking out for one another and making sure that each roomie is happy in the environment we create.
