The room is in situated at Parkside student residence situated in downtown Toronto, 15 minutes bus ride from UofT and and 5 minutes from TMU.
It is a share 2 bedroom apartment with a leaving room and bathroom, washer/dryer included. Student desk and chair provided.
There’s a library in the building, security, game rooms etc.
I am an out-of-province student at the University of Toronto and I will be going back home for the summer. My roommate is an international student from Dubai. A lot of the students at the residence are from all over the world! The apartment is a sublet/assignment of lease. If you are interested dm me!
