West 2nd Avenue

The place is ground level with lots of natural light and in a great location. It’s a 10 minute drive to UBC and there is a bus stop at the end of the street. Also very close to Jericho beach and Kits beach! The rent is $1500 all utilities included except wifi which is $42 each a month.

I am a 24 year old student at UBC studying public health. I am looking for a roommate who is around the same age and would ideally like someone who would like to be a friend as well. I like to cook, read, go to the gym, try new restaurants and cafes, go out on the weekends and watch movies. I am clean but definitely not a neat freak so looking for someone who likes to keep a clean space. I do enjoying partying and hanging out with my friends but I also respect having quiet time! I would love a roommate who has similar interests and values :)
