Seymour Street

Hi! I have a room available in a 5 bedroom apartment on Seymour street, right next to DAL. It is available from end of April - August 31st 2024. There are 2 shared bathrooms in the apartment and a large common area with a kitchen and living room. The rooms are furnished, and the kitchen will have the kitchen tools you need. 918$ a month includes all utilities; laundry is in the basement and is card operated at 2.50$/load. If you need parking, there is an underground lot that is an extra 200$ per month. Unfortunately, the landlords do not allow pets. This is a great location for students or young professionals!

There will mostly be other women staying in the apartment over the summer, possibly one guy. Everyone is very nice and respectful, and we are looking for someone who will be clean and help keep the common spaces tidy, as well as help out with cleaning. Send me a message and we can plan out a visit!
