About the room
Not a super large room. One window. You get one parking space. Shared bathroom and kitchen, I try to stay tidy and expect the same. Nice sized garden. I would be open to someone renting with a dog. I ask you to keep on top of the poop and if it sheds I ask you keep on top of the hair. Ideally no cats, but I can be persuaded with money.

I work and study, and I use the garden and shed. I’m pretty shy and I’m a homebody. But I have an extra room and could use the money.
