Centrally located house with lots of light and plants. Open plan common area - kitchen, dining and living rooms. Nice size room for rent and there is also a spare room for when friends/family visit or to use as a meditation room. I said the bathroom is shared but I have an ensuite so all we share is the bathtub/shower. My son owns the house and I manage it. We are diligent when it comes to repairs and maintenance. I am an eclectic easy-going woman in my early 60s. I work from home as a French teacher, translator and editor. I am spiritually and artistically minded so that would be nice if you are open to that. I am LGBTQ+ and cannabis friendly and do eat meat. I keep to myself most of the time but like to share food from time to time and have the occasional chats. I have a 9-year old cat, named Alfons, who is mellow and very-well behaved. Unfortunately, he has had negative experiences with some cats who lived in our downstairs suite so we are not too open to bringing another animal in the house. I list number of bedrooms as 1, meaning there is one room to rent. 1 bathroom even though I have a small ensuite so it is only a half-shared bathroom and 2 roomies meaning there will only be two of us living in the space (besides my cat!)
