About the room
We are looking for a roommate for May 1, 2024 in Kitchener. There is 1 room available in a 3 bedroom apartment. Rent is $850 per room. Utilities are usually just under $40 per month per person (we pay internet and hydro). There is 1 parking spot available in a shared driveway.
The apartment is the main floor of a bungalow. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Laurentian Hills and is approx 10-15 minutes away from Conestoga College Doon Campus (by car) and approx 30 minutes by bus. The bus stop is only a few blocks away. We currently share one main bathroom. There is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit.
It is right next to McLennan park and within walking distance to grocery stores.
The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. We have basement neighbours; they are a young couple who are really nice!
About the roomies
Tim and I occupy the other two rooms (1 guy, 1 girl). We attend Conestoga College and are in our 3rd year in the Bachelor of Design program.
