Hello, we are in search of 2 responsible roommates to share a 7 1/2 apartment. Preferably in their 20s, who are studying or working. There will be 2 rooms available in July. There will be a total of 4 people living the apartment. Currently 2 girls and 2 guys. The other roommates are students or young professionals. We like to take it relax during weekdays since we work/study, but would be happy to hang out or have some drinks on weekends. We also like to keep our living space clean, so we are looking for people who think the same. The apartment is well located in Ahuntsic with all essential services nearby. 10 minutes from shopping centers (Marché Central), 10 minutes to metro Crémazie, or 30 minutes to downtown. The apartment is fully furnished, with WIFI and utilities included. In unit washer and dryer. You would just need to bring your suitcase! :)

Bonjour, nous sommes à la recherche de 2 colocs responsables pour partager un appartement de 7 1/2. De préférence dans la vingtaine, qui étudient ou travaillent. Il y aura 2 chambres disponibles a partir de juillet. Il y aura un total de 4 personnes vivant dans l’appartement. Actuellement 2 filles et 2 mec. Les autres colocataires sont étudiants ou jeunes professionnels. Nous prenons les choses relax durant la semaine puisque nous travaillons/étudions, mais nous sommes partant de prendre un verre le week-end. Nous aimerions aussi garder mon espace de vie propre, donc nous cherchons des gens qui pensent la même. L’appartement est bien situé à Ahuntsic avec tous les services essentiels à proximité. À 10 minutes des centres commerces (Marché Central), À 10 minutes du métro Crémazie ou à 30 minutes du centre-ville. L’appartement est entièrement meublé, avec WIFI et charges comprises. Dans l’unité laveuse et sécheuse. Vous n’auriez qu’à apporter votre valise ! :)
