Private upstairs room with shared access to an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a half bathroom located on the shared level. A total of 3 women will be living on the premises, including myself.

The condo is located directly on a bus route, and the 99 stop is located in front of the entrance. The condo is only a 10-minute walk to Marketplace Station and all major shopping, grocery and entertainment amenities. Street parking is available.
