You will be taking over the primary bedroom since my roommate is moving out. Rent is $1650+utilities.

The primary bedroom is unfurnished. Unit includes a balcony, in suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, etc. The condo amenities include a gym, library, party room, pool, bbq area, terraces, etc. There is a TTC streetcar stop right under the condo. It is a 7 minute walk to Dundas station and Eaton centre. There are many banks and shops around the building including 24h convenience stores.🤍
