You would have your own toilet and sink; the shower is shared. TV, internet, included, some support with day-to-day upkeep, and apt making. Small car parking underground. Bus stop half a block away.

You are sharing with an elderly, feisty lady who loves puzzles, has a cat, and enjoys going to Timies, Dennys, and White Spot. She is looking for a friendly companion, not just a renter. She is independent and just needs gentle reminders from time to time.
