The room is clean with closet. The apartment is centrally located. Very close to Country Club Mall. 5 minutes to Wood Grove, and Departure Bay. The sundeck is fully covered, never get wet sitting outside. Lots of trees, never gets too hot. Smoke free, cannabis friendly. Hang out anywhere in the apartment. Basic Wi-Fi but have Telus Cable. Very nice Entertainment system inl living room. Work full time, Tuesday to Saturday, 9 to 5:30. In bed early. Have TV in bedroom so you can hangout in living room and watch what you would like.
