I am looking for a female roommate for my 2 bed, 1 bath, located in fort garry! Close to the Victoria hospital and the university of Manitoba. This apartment is the upper level of a townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment comes furnished as well as the bedroom I am subletting. However, you are welcome to bring your own bed if you’d prefer. I will pay for all utilities (wifi, hydro, water, etc.) all you will have to pay is the monthly rent. It’s a small but lovely space.

You would be living with me and my cat! (Sorry, no other pets) I am 23 years old and I am a quiet, clean, and respectful person. I work 8-4, Monday-Friday and am away on weekends occasionally. I like watching tv and movies, playing Nintendo switch, going to the gym and cooking/baking! I am not a partier or smoker.
