The room includes a private balcony looking north and a bathroom and a big closet. They have access to the condo gym, party room, and 2 overnight parking passes. We will be sharing the kitchen and the living area. The building is steps away from Eglinton Station and Yonge street with lots of restaurants and bars.

You will be living with myself, 37yo Asian woman a professional with hybrid work schedule and a very friendly red golden retriever. We are very active and are early rises and sleepers. It is very important that we keep the space tidy and warm environment
