Two Story Split home, finished basement with private room and ensuite. Front entrance is open to lower living space and open to upstairs living space. Downstairs has furnished bedroom with full ensuite, laundry room, storage room, large family room with tv and office area set up. Upstairs is an open layout with kitchen, yoga room, bathroom, living room with tv, patio door out to a landscaped yard and master bedroom with ensuite is above the garage on the 3rd floor. Yard is fenced with sitting area, garden shed, and a fire pit. Garage has room for storage. Street parking on a quiet street, close to the front entrance. It’s a cozy, quiet, clean, organized, clutter free and nicely decorated home. Every space has its use and the upstairs tv area and downstairs tv area do offer some separation for privacy. Basements cool in the summer.

I am 44 yr female. It’s just me and a social cat named Lenny now, looking for just one laidback roommate. I can be introverted or extroverted. I know myself quite well and can easily communicate concerns or talk about nothingness. I like music, reading, yoga, movies, yard work, woodworking, sports, patios, BBQs, cards and anything nature. I have a healthy and serene lifestyle. I like my own space most of the time but also enjoy company. With company I like to chill out on my deck, drink beers, talk about interesting and random things, play crib and enjoying the sun while BBQing. I drink and smoke weed “Blue Zone” style, so only casually and socially.

I am an environmental consultant. Lots of hours in the summer months or no hours when it cools down. I usually work shiftwork outta town 8 months of the year and then I get 4 months off. I’m ironing out the contracts details and will know more in a month.

In a roommate, I’d like someone who’s working full-time, clean, peaceful, respectful, confident and has a sense of humour for my list of preferences required in a roomie. ;) I’d like a roommate to just simply make themselves at home while respecting the space we share. A heavy drinker and heavy drug user is not welcome. As for pets… a friendly cat is for sure welcome or maaaaybe a dog. Would need the dog particulars and to see him/her before committing to that idea.
