Hi There! We are wanting to rent out a furnished private bedroom in Richmond on a second floor apartment. the bedroom size is 11’8“ x 9’8“. this is a no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol rental. It comes with a queen bed, which has storage shelving underneath, a big size closet and a table with stool. The apartment comes with one shared bathroom which has a tub/shower, toilet and single sink. The kitchen comes with stove, fridge/freezer. The living room comes with couch and Tv. The Tv has online Tv services to share.The apartment comes with visitor parking that can be parked on whenever needed as long as the vehicle has insurnace. The location is about a 3 minute walk from public transportation, 10 minute drive from Richmond Center, 30 minute drive from Vancouver downtown. The apartment is very private as its facing bushing but still comes with lots of sunlight through out the day.

The individual that is already living in this apartment is a full time working male. As his schedule is subject to change from Day shift to Night shift, we require a roommate that is a full time working or student, respectful and quiet person.
