The bedroom is available as early as July 1st and is 10 x 10 ft which is typical for most rooms for bedrooms. It was painted just 5 months ago and at that time a brand-new bed/ box spring went into the room. It comes with a dresser. It has laminated flooring and a regular sized closet. A deck and yard to enjoy in the summer. Included is internet/cable, all utilities, a washer/ dryer, full kitchen, and shared bathroom. Conveniently located 2 minutes walk to the bus stop on a main road that goes to the Village Mall, downtown and other areas. Just a 15-minute walk to the Village Mall area and all its conveniences of stores. This house we own, our apartment is ground level at the back with patio doors. The apartment upstairs has a elderly person living in it.

We are a couple looking for a roommate who appreciates we are wanting not just a roommate (One person only) but, the right roommate. We don’t need to find a roommate right away, so we can look for the right person and the right fit for everyone. Please read the whole ad before responding.
