Bright and spacious room for rent, that can be furnished or unfurnished, in a quiet, safe & secure, clean, well maintained, and friendly, shared, 2 bedroom apartment. The neighbors are all professionals and upstanding citizens being that the rent is high enough to keep the out invalids which I find very worth the money. The building is very clean and boasts a 24 hour gym and sauna room access. The bus stop is right out the front doors and the shopping center is just a 5 minute stroll down the street. We have a water-spray park, baseball diamond, tennis courts, ice rink in the winter, a gorgeous outdoor pool opening again soon, and a half decent view from the 420 friendly balcony.

Prior to move-in, I will require first and last and a damage deposit of $400 returnable after I receive a minimum of 30 days notice of vacating. You will also be asked to provide 2 pieces of ID and a criminal record check. This is a building requirement and is non-negotiable as per my lease agreement. The rent includes all of your utilities and is a fair price coming in under half of the cost I am charged. I am a good, hardworking, easy to get along with, generous, and kind soul that has been taken advantage of more times than I like to count but I remain hopeful and positive that the next roommate is more mature than the previous few tenants. Therefore, if you’re kinda flighty, kinda douchey, and/or hopping around directionless in life with a white rabbit stuck to your side, PLEASE, keep scrolling because I won’t be letting you turn me into a victim. I’m in no need to rush as its more imperative at this time to find a good fit rather than just fill the room. I need to make sure my living environment remains stress and drama-free! Too many low-lifes out there, can never be to cautious.

I am single and approaching 40 and I have an 80lbs Catahoula Dog that prefers to be the only pet in the house but is extremely friendly with human visitors so, ideally, looking for another dog person because she will be looking for pats and adoration. She has stunning blue eyes, short red/tan coat, is a hunting and herding dog, and is well trained and well behaved. And I do my best to keep the floors and house clean as it keeps down the allergens and improves air quality.

We are hoping to find someone who is clean, quiet, honest, trustworthy, friendly, and genuinely good intentioned who is either going to school or working full-time. Someone who respects the property, the neighbors, personal boundaries and belongings, privacy, and the law and bi-law, but also likes to socialize and have a good time, laugh a lot, and is generally easy going, optimistic, and enjoying life.
