Option to have the room furnished (at a price) with a double bed frame, nightstand, lamp, desk, chair to make the move-in more easy! I will be moving out late April, so the option to move in on April 29th/30th is available.

In-unit laundry, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and fridge are available. Utilities, Internet and tenant’s insurance are excluded from the rent price of $1558, but the total of the three expenses is approx $90-100 (could vary). The condo building is new, very well designed with great furnishings, has on-site maintenance, secure package system (LuxerOne), and has some amazing amenities, such as a fitness room, private yoga room, lounge spaces, co-working spaces, party room and a movie theatre room. There are also free social events and yoga classes. It’s a luxury condo and I can definitely say it’s been fantastic.

$1558 is the monthly base rent. This excludes the monthly expenses - utilities, internet and tenant’s insurance. Deposit of $3166 includes First + Last Month’s Rent, and the Key Deposit. Parking and Storage is available upon request at an additional monthly cost. Lease terms are month-to-month.

Note: Bedroom is 10’0“ x 11’1“ - this is for the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom and shower. A video tour of the unit can be provided!

Lease Application Requirements: Letter of Employment, Credit Check, Last Two Pay Stubs, First and Last Rent ($3116 total), Key Fob Deposit ($50), Two References, Photo ID. The documents, ID and lease app will be submitted to the property manager.

The roommate you will be living with is Emily. She is communicative, quiet and friendly - loves a good chat and she bakes as well! I am moving out to my own studio, hence the search.
