Utilities: Typically $40 per tenant per month, but may increase to $50 in winter depending on usage. Utility amount is added to rent payment sent to landlord each month. Wifi included in rent. So basically would be $1140 etransferred to the landlord by the 1st of every month.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

Lease Terms: 1-year lease followed by month-to-month. First and last month’s rent required upfront($2200) as well as $200 fob deposit each tenant which will be returned at move-out.

The landlord will only require you to fill out a tenant application which asks you to provide your last two residences, two personal references and your current job and last one’s info including the salary for current. Second page requires you to have a bank representative fill out your last three monthly balances/pay and have them sign as well. That’s pretty much it :)

Also option there is no parking but option to rent a private spot once moved in is available I believe and there is a green P across the street which is a two minute walk.

Hi!! My name is Nina, both of my roomies are moving out unfortunately and I’ll miss them so much! I will be staying because I love this area and apartment so much. I am a downtown girly so I won’t be leaving for awhile. I’ll be the one with the master bedroom and you guys can come to me for any questions! The two roomies I’m looking for will be sharing the one bathroom so you guys can communicate about that more :) I’m pretty chill and barely will be home! I’m always out haha so you’ll get your peace and quiet. Me and my past roomies respect the common spaces of the apartment especially the kitchen, we clean after ourselves once we cook and after we eat! We communicate with an imessage groupchat as well if whenever we hit a store and need to replenish paper towels etc / garbage bags We also usually leave each other alone as we do have our own lives!

I have already secured the other bedroom so the small one is left. We both prefer someone who doesn’t invite too many people over and party so much as we do want peace and quiet! Moreso, you’d have to respect the space you will be sharing with the other roommate in terms of the washroom!

Minimum is 12 months lease and then month to month if you wanna stay longer after, non-negotiable! At least 1 year commitment is a must.
