The rent breakdown is as follows: $2000 base rent, $300 parking and $100 utilities. The parking stall will either be shared between the tenants (15 days on, 15 days off). Lets talk more about this and I’ll explain everything. Apartment features an open concept modern kitchen and a spacious living room. The apartment has hardwood floors, lots of natural lighting. Let me tell you a bit about myself: I am a 25 year young female who works as a Behaviour Consultant. I consider myself to be friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. I’m tidy and organized, and I believe in maintaining a clean and harmonious living environment. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, listening to music, trying new coffee shops/restaurants and exploring new places around the city. I am pet friendly and 420 friendly, but would prefer a non-smoker to live with.
