No smoking, no pets. Note: you can hear trains. Building has lap pool, hot tub, and fitness room. In suite laundry. Shared kitchen (you’ll have half the cupboards & counters, half the fridge) plus your own 13 sq ft additional fridge in your room. Shared open concept living and dining room. Half of storage space in common rooms is for you. Lock on your bedroom door. Rent includes natural gas fireplace heating (can heat entire condo in winter if you leave your bedroom door open a few hours a day). Internet and electricity will be shared 50/50. No overnight guests. Street parking (or you can post in the lobby to rent someone’s underground spot).

I’m in my 50s, work on-call at Douglas College, and lead a quiet life. Long-distance walking, reading, and travel are my passions. My sister sometimes stays with me in my room as her husband is in long term care nearby and she lives out of town. My boyfriend also sometimes stays over. I have 5 grown children and 2 grandchildren, all living locally. I have no pets.
