Available for July 1st move in, but flexible for before or after. The apartment is a two bedroom unit on the top level of a detached home in Hintonburg. The house is on a quiet one-way street with a park next door. The apartment is an 8 minute walk to Tunney’s Pasture. Laundry in-unit. Lovely back deck. Pet friendly!

You will be taking over the second bedroom, which is at the back of the house and features a large window. The room is $787.50 per month, excluding hydro and internet. Both hydro and internet combined amount to an extra $100-$150 each per month, depending on the season.

My name is Brit (she/they). I am a 30-year old student at uOttawa. I am a fibre artist and participate in markets around the city. I am a quiet, but busy person. Outside of work and school, I love to binge watch reality TV and be outside with my dog. I have at LEAST 30 houseplants that I love to care for. You would be sharing the apartment with me, and my 9-year old golden retriever, Ryder. She gets along with both cats and dogs! All fur babies are welcome!

I am looking for a roommate who is kind, respectful, and wanting to make our home a safe place together. I would love to find someone who will share the household duties and who may be interested in craft/board game/movie nights together from time to time!
