Hello! I have a fantastic room available for rent starting early May. It’s the 2nd bedroom of a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in SW Edmonton. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, night stands, your own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and tv (note: in the photo there is a desk set up but it will be moved)! This room gets TONS of natural light. On the main floor there is an electric fireplace, large TV, kitchen w/ island, and stacked laundry. Additionally, there is a 2 car parking pad, plus a 2 car garage - for you to store your things - and lots of parking in front of the home. There is a small balcony on the main floor (although there’s not much to see except for construction across the street). The rent includes utilities and internet but I would expect that we would split the cost of common items like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. Honestly - all you need is your suitcase, and you’re set! Please, no other pets. :)

I’m a 43 yo female who works a pretty standard office job. I’m at the office 3-4 days a week and work from home 1-2 days a week. I periodically travel out of town from time to time. When I’m not working I’m either at the gym, or at home with my cats watching tv. Nothing too crazy. I rarely go out and I never have friends over. I’m very clean and dont like clutter - my roommate would have to be the same way! I would also prefer not to have a lot of visitors over and certainly no parties or anything like that. I do prefer a quieter home. I do have 2 lovely kitties who are super sweet and playful! They love attention and treats and I’m sure they would love some cuddles with their new friend! I would love to have a roommate who will engage with them and treat them like their own fur babies! I’m open to both short term and long term rentals. I will be asking for individuals to have references and a background check. I will also have a rental agreement for us both to sign :)
