Hi there! I’m looking for someone sublet from May 1st to August 1st and all rooms except yours will be furnished, however if we can partially furnish your room upon request. It’s a gorgeous new building and you will be the first person to live in the room! Parking is available nearby if needed. I would preferably want to sublet to students. It’s right downtown, Church and Dundas area, very close to the subway and grocery stores! Feel free to reach out!
