Unit is located on the 25th floor. 1 bedroom with closet and window. Washroom (includes shower with bathtub), living room, kitchen (includes fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher), laundry washer and dryer, and hall closet are shared. Rent includes storage unit (shared) and parking spot (shared - although I do not own a car, so this spot is usually empty). The building itself permits 10 overnight visitor parking spots per month for the unit, which we can share (parking during the day is free). Amenities include: gym, cardio room, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, outdoor patio with BBQs, party and lounge rooms, theatre room, kids play room, and billiards room. Mail is sent to a mail room. Packages are delivered to locked units - a notification is sent to your phone with a passcode, which you can use to access the package after providing a virtual signature. Located within 5-minute walking distance of Islington Station, with bus stop outside building. 24/7 security and concierge.

Furniture, decor, etc. in pictures will change. I am open to splitting the cost of larger furniture pieces (e.g., couch, kitchen table) with a roommate. Also: the cat in the picture is my current roommate’s cat, and she will not be living with us.

Hi, my name is Rachel and I’m a 26-year-old female. I work as a full-time researcher mostly from home, with 1-2 days in office per week (typical 9-5 hours). I enjoy watching movies/shows, reading books, listening to music, trying new things, and connecting with people. I’m a very open, laid-back, mindful, and tidy person. I love lighting candles/incense or turning on diffusers around the house to help make things feel warm and cozy. I am not super strict with my living conditions, but I would like it if my roommate could maintain open communication with me and practice mindfulness of our shared living space.
