Shani's room

Hello! I am planning to move out this summer and I am looking for someone to rent my room. It is a private bedroom w/ a private bathroom and closet in a three bedroom house. Bathroom comes with a tub and standing shower. All of the utilities are included in the rent cost. Bedrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor, there are hardwood stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The room will be unfurnished with carpeted floors. The living room and kitchen (includes an area to dine) are shared. There is a washer and dryer set in the basement. There is a thermometer that controls the temperature in the living room. A dishwasher in the kitchen and patio to the backyard. A female student student or working individual is preferred as the person currently living there is a female piano teacher. The location is a 10 min walk to Trafalgar Ridge Plaza, 20-25 min bus ride to the Go Train and a 15 min bus ride to Sheridan College Oakville Campus.

There are currently 3 people living here and two of us plan to move out. You would be living with Amy who is a piano teacher and has a dog. The dog is very quiet and not aggressive.
