Private furnished bedroom and bathroom for a female student in a three bedroom, 2 bath upper floor of a home in the Fraser and 41st area. Shared spaces are the kitchen and living room. There is an in-suite washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Rent includes wifi and utilities. There is no cable but I have a google chrome cast for the tv in the living room. No smoking in the home. We are very close to the R4 and Fraser street bus stops (a few minutes walking). It’s super quick to get downtown, to UBC, Langara College, Burnaby, Richmond etc. There are grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, many markets, a library, etc. etc. within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet so you won’t hear traffic from our place. Any questions, please let me know.

I love art, music, books, reading, walks, and exploring. I am studying Spanish and want to learn Salsa and Bachata.
I work full time Monday to Friday in healthcare. I have two small dogs who are the sweetest. My teenaged daughter stays a night or two per week.
