Hi! I am subletting my studio apartment from May 1st to August 23rd 2024. The building is located in downtown Montreal in the Quartier des Spectacles. My studio is suitable for those who are students, young working professionals, or retirees.

The rent includes: -the furnished studio unit (desk, kitchen table, couch, Murphy bed, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, toaster, kettle) -wifi -electricity -water -AC -gym -terrace

The building is a non smoking building of any kind (i.e. no vaping, marijuana, cigarettes, etc) and is not pet friendly.

Amenities: -Saint Laurent metro station is across the road -located beside Esplanade Tranquille and Place des Arts -walking distance to Complex Desjardins -located one block from Rue Sainte Catherine Street and major shops/restaurants -20 minute walk to Vieux Port and McGill University
