Single room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse style condo. All utilities included(water, hydro, heating,internet). Unit has central air A/C. Located in a nice neighbourhood with 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Furnished shared living areas on the main floor and downstairs(space for a desk). Bed downstairs is not available. Plenty of cupboard space and downstairs pantry. Shared deep freeze. Utilty room has storage space for some items. Washer Dryer in unit. 🚭 No Smoking allowed inside BUT more than welcome to smoke outside. Street parking available and a parking spot is available at an extra cost. A few guests/friends are welcome to visit, but not a party house. Quiet times after 10:00pm on weekdays. Common areas should be kept clean.

I am a 26 year old guy working in the Ag business, mainly keep to myself and play videogames in my freetime. Other roommate is in Canada with a work Visa, and keeps to himself. Both of us work early mornings.
