Hey! This is an ad on behaf of my fiance: I’m submitting my room starting May 1st until August 31st when the lease is up. It’s a master bedroom with a second door connecting to the shared bathroom. House is a 5 bedroom with my room on the second floor and one other bedroom occupied by male student. Basement suits also occupied by male students. House has plenty of driveway and street parking. Rent is $1000 + utilities. It’s located in Gorden Head. You can take the 12 directly to uvic, and the 28 bus stop is right outside.
