Hi! I have a single bedroom available for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment from the end of April until September 1st! Female only, fully furnished, no pets. Rent is 750$/month plus wifi (24$/month) and electricity (paid only every 3 months). WILLING TO NEGOTIATE PRICE. This apartment is close to many awesome things, 8 minute walk to dal campus and quinpool superstore, but routes are very close, and downtown is a 15 minute walk. There are other female room mates staying over the summer. We are students but also welcoming young females who are not students but are comfortable in a student environment.
