I am looking for a summer sublet at my studio apartment located on South Victoria St in Kitchener.

Apartment is very cosy, spacious, and comes fully furnished with a twin bed, sofa, desk, and chair. Kitchen comes with all basic utensils you might need for cooking in the summer. Bathroom has a shower with hot water.

Connected to bus routes 12 (to University of Waterloo and Fairway Station) and 20 (to downtown Kitchener and the Broadwalk). There’s keypad access for the building and the apartment, which ensures safety.

All utilities (wifi, hydro, gas, and water) are included in the rent.

Dates available: 29th May - 16th August (can be flexible).

Rent: $1500/month (including all utilities)

I am looking for a quiet and clean person to rent the apartment for summer. Ideal candidate would be a graduate student or working professionals. Couples are welcome as well.

No smoking of any substance is allowed in the apartment.

You will have your own private space but please be respectful to other inhabitants in the building.
